Log-In Issues?

Do not create a new account if you have one already. You will not see your existing applications or certifications in a new account.
If you are unable to log into your existing account or need assistance with updating your log-in e-mail address/username, please contact the ICP Help Desk at ICPHelpDesk@api.org or call +1 (833) 412-1985 so that we can assist you.
You can change your log-in e-mail or password AFTER logging into the ICP Portal using your existing log-in email/username.
If you experience an error during account creation, please contact the ICP Help Desk via ICPHelpDesk@api.org to submit a request for support.
