Log-In Issues?

Do not create a new account if you have one already. You will not see existing applications nor certifications in a newly created account.

If you are unable to log into your existing account or need assistance with updating your log-in e-mail address/username, please contact the ICP Help Desk at myAPIsupport@api.org or call +1 (833) 412-1985 so that we can assist you.
You can change your log-in e-mail or password AFTER logging into the ICP Portal using your existing log-in email/username.
If you experience an error during account creation, please contact the ICP Help Desk via myAPIsupport@api.org to submit a request for support.

Notice for International Hard Copy Orders

Due to a substantial rise in international shipping expenses, we have had to make an adjustment to the fee for mailing hard-copy certifications to destinations outside the United States to $100. This adjustment is necessary to ensure continued service quality amid escalating costs.

This change will apply to new requests going forward.

Digital certificates will continue to be available at no cost through Accredible. You can access your digital credentials in your ICP Portal account by clicking the “View Certificate” link to the right of your certification.
