- For 1169, please provide any detailed information for the applicant's experience in Pipeline Inspection or General Oil and Gas Industry Inspection, as well as the Non-Inspection Experience in Pipeline, General Oil and Gas or Other Heavy Industry in the Additional Notes section at the end of the form.
